Wivenhoe Pantomime Group – "Ali Baba"

The Wivenhoe Panto Group will be performing Ali Baba at William Loveless Hall in Wivenhoe from Tues 19th Jan – Sat 23rd, 7.30pm start ( Matinee on Sat 2.30pm). Tickets are available from both of the Wivenhoe Post offices. More pictures to follow….

Essex University

When the snow fell heavily in Essex before Christmas, I wrapped myself up and took my camera and my very cold fingers over to Essex University to take a few shots of the snowy grounds late afternoon. It was bright but freezing and by the end of the afternoon (which admittedly included some slipping around and colourful language  ) I had to abandon the trip due to my battery giving up.

Snowy Wivenhoe

I couldn’t resist taking some photographs of Wivenhoe covered in a blanket of snow. Yesterday morning I put on my Thermals and headed off down to the Quay to take some shots of the boats. Christmas shopping in Colchester, Essex.

I recently met up with the Wivenhoe Photography group and we decided to go into town to try and capture people out shopping.
