Tag Colchester

Oh they were so cute and well behaved! I have to admit I do think they look rather dandy in their tie and bandanna. Apparently he looks after her and is the sensible one so it says a bit a bout their personality, I have a few different styles of neck wear which some people love others are just looking for a really nice portrait of their dog either way is fine we always have fun at our doggy shoots. Here are some images from a recent assignment with the delightful and amazingly talented Nicholas McCarthy, he needed some pictures quickly as Nargis magazine were doing a feature about him and wanted a shot for the front cover and also some images to sit alongside the article. We arranged a shoot at my studio one evening and took a series of images which the magazine later went on to use. Nic was born without a right hand and was the first left hand only pianist to graduate from the Royal College of Music in London in its 130 year history. Here are a few of my favourites from the shoot.

These parties are not just for Princesses, if you have a son or daughter and they fancy coming a long to my studio with some of their friends dressed as their favourite super hero’s I can take fun pictures of them messing around, playing with each other, posing with props and posing as a group. I have been waiting for a fluffy cloud day, perfect to use my ND filter. A few images I took today to go on the front covers of Adams Publishing Magazine ‘Around Colchester’.

I was delighted when Livability asked me to take pictures of HRH Princess Anne visiting Treetops in Colchester. Livability work with disabled and disadvantaged people to promote choice, independence and opportunity. The charity Livability are trying to raise £190,000 for new equipment in their bathrooms and kitchens of their residents.

I was delighted to be invited to take pics at Sadie and Maxine’s official opening, being in the same building as my studio  I look forward to working together in the future.
