Yesterday I was delighted to meet Tim Andrews to discuss a personal photography project which he has been working on for the last few years. Tim has Parkinsons Disease and has been photographed by over 78 photographers, his idea is to get to 100 and then exhibit the images or possibly publish a book. Tim is a very charming and interesting person to spend some time with, having been a Lawyer for over 25 years in the city he now concentrates on living his life to the full doing what he enjoys doing best. I look forward to meeting up with Tim in February to take his picture which he will hopefully decide to add to his already extensive collection.

As you can see my daughter is very disappointed to learn that her school is closed today because of the heavy snow in Brightlingsea, Essex.
You should be able to access My Gallery on PBase now, please click on the link below to see the other pictures taken at Caroline and Nicks wedding. http://www.pbase.com/wakelin/caroline__nick
Thanks for your patience
I apologise to those of you who have been trying to access pictures in my gallery which are stored on a site called PBASE. Unfortunately PBASE is experiencing some technical difficulties following a power cut so you will not be able to access any pictures until they get it sorted. Keep checking back, I am sure they will get it up and running over the next few days.
Other pics on pbase – password protected.
My daughter also loves to take picture’s so when she recently presented me with a poem she had written I couldn’t resist putting some of her word’s and picture’s together. The poem is about standing still, she was going to call it ‘ Stationary ‘ but despite the spelling thought people might think it was about paper and pen’s so instead she decided to call it ‘ Station ‘ so now some people will probably think it is about trains!

I am a new blogger and therefore it may take some time bringing this blog up to speed. Over the next few day’s or week’s I will attempt to update and add to this site making it a kind of online record of my photography.
